As Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Ed MacBeth leads the company’s sales team, sales strategy, strategic alliances, and marketing. Ed is relentless about delivering on Apollo’s commitment to help clients achieve their goals and address their toughest challenges with Apollo’s cybersecurity leaders, complete portfolio of services, and technology solutions.
Ed leads Apollo’s partner relationships with top industry solution providers as well as new technology innovators to address the increasing cybersecurity business risks and evolving regulatory compliance our clients face.
As a business builder and innovator Ed has led sales, business development, and marketing in information technology and cyber and physical security industries with companies including Identiv, Oracle, EMC, Symantec, and Apple. Ed has also been on the founding teams of two early-stage companies, creating their go to market strategies, partnerships, and product launches, and leading to successful IPOs including SCM Microsystems, and TiVo.
Ed earned a Bachelor of Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and a Master of Business Administration from San Jose State University.
