As Vice President of Enterprise Sales, Chris Rodgers is responsible for leading Apollo’s go-to-market strategy for the enterprise sales team along with managing marquee accounts and serving as a key business partner of the Apollo executive team. With nearly 15 years of success driving enterprise cybersecurity portfolios through a 100% channel partner motion, Chris has developed deep insights into how to delight customers while meeting mutual business outcomes.

Chris’ goal for the Apollo enterprise sales team is to build long term relationships with security leadership while delivering solutions and services aimed to lower risk. Working in lockstep with vendor partners, professional services organizations, and CISO advisors we strive to ensure our clients are receiving maximum value from the solutions or services we represent. Rather than leading with a line card, Apollo takes time to better understand each customers’ strategy and unique requirements so we have the opportunity to develop intelligence led solutions.

Prior to joining Apollo, Chris was responsible for bringing a large portfolio of solutions, services, and numerous acquisitions to market as a field Cybersecurity sales specialist at Cisco Systems. Working in cross-functional teams he helped his customers succeed with their cybersecurity investments by partnering with business unit leaders to ensure his clients' executives and operators were heard. This helped to shape commercial go-to-market offerings, product support/escalation paths, and acquisition integration direction resulting in greater tangible value for our clients’ investments. Chris became a Cybersecurity sales expert and evangelist across Web Security, Email Security, Network Security, NAC, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, EUBA, CASB, MDR, Threat Intelligence, and Advanced Services. Chris provided his customer base simplified security platforms through strategic enterprise agreements reducing overall cost and complexity in a highly fragmented vendor landscape.

­­Chris earned a Bachelor of Business Management Economics from the University of California Santa Cruz and was the President and Treasurer of Theta Chi International Fraternity.
